Eurovent LifecycleAll our contracts begin with an onsite visit from one of our experienced surveyors.  This service is provide completely Free of Charge and ensures that Eurovent have a full understanding of all aspects of any potential job.  During the survey the main areas of consideration will be:

  • Scale of job – ductwork length, kitchen size, asset lists
  • Special requirements – this will detail any special equipment such as platforms, access to site, potential hazards/risks.
  • Site Specific Information – Contact Details, Access Times

When this information is gathered an accurate quote can be quickly provided using our in-house pricing system ensuring a quick turnaround from survey to quotation.

Risk Assessments & Method Statements

Using the information gathered from the initial site survey and armed with a wealth of experience from previous jobs a comprehensive Risk Assessment and Method Statement is created specific to the site in question.

The Site Supervisor will brief the operatives and ensure all aspects are adhered to.  This information is available to clients at a moments notice either via email or hard copy.
