 When we refer to “we” or “our” or “Eurovent Support” we are referring to Eurovent.

When you participate in, access or sign up toany of Eurovent’s services, activities or online content, such as newsletters, competitions, live chats, message boards, telephone or text Eurovent, vote, book tickets for a Eurovent event or create an account using Eurovent’s online registration system we may receive personal information about you. By submitting your details, you enable Eurovent(and where applicable its contractors) to provide you with the services, activities or online content you select.

6. Will I be contacted for marketing purposes?

Eurovent will only use your information for marketing purposes, or to promote new services, activities or online contentwhere you have agreed to this.

7. Will Eurovent share my personal informationwith anyone else?

We will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies) or as described in section 8 below. Generally, we will only use your information within Eurovent. However, sometimes Eurovent uses third parties to process your information on our behalf. Eurovent requires these third parties to comply strictly with its instructions and Eurovent requires that they do not use your personal information for their own business purposes, unless you have explicitly consented to the use of your personal information in this way.

8. Offensive or inappropriate content on Eurovent website(s)

 If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on or to Eurovent website(s) or otherwise engagein any disruptive behaviour on any Eurovent service, Eurovent may use you rpersonal information to stop such behaviour.

Where Eurovent reasonably believes that you areor may be in breach of any applicable laws (e.g. because content you haveposted may be defamatory), Eurovent may use your personal information to inform relevant third parties such as your employer, school email/internet provider orlaw enforcement agencies about the content and your behaviour.

9. What if I am a user aged 16 or under?

If you are aged 16 or under, please get yourparent/guardian's permission before you provide any personal information to Eurovent.Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personalinformation.

10. How long will Eurovent keep my personalinformation?

We will hold your personal information on oursystems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as isset out in any relevant contract you hold with Eurovent or Eurovent's corporateretention schedule (a database that defines which documents should be kept andfor how long). If you cancel your registration as a Eurovent website member andyour account is deleted a red flag goes on the database and, while Eurovent cannot use the personal information, it stays on the system for a period of oneyear for administration purposes before being deleted automatically.

11. Can I find out what personal information Euroventholds about me?

Under the Data Protection Act you have the rightto request a copy of the personal information Eurovent holds about you and tohave any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge £10 for information requests andrequire you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved identification).We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personalinformation about you on our files.

12. What if I am accessing Eurovent websites outside the UK?

Eurovent website is published in the UK. Allpersonal information submitted by users outside the UK will be processed inaccordance with this Privacy Policy.

13. Cookies Policy - Information Eurovent collects from you

d.  Third Party Google Analytics Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to helpanalyse how users use the Eurovent website(s). The Google Analytics tool usescookies to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use ofthe website (including IP address) is transmitted to Google. This informationis then used to evaluate visitors' use of the website and to compilestatistical reports on website activity for Eurovent.
